She began her career as a journalist with The Times of India, Jaipur, and went on to work as an Executive Reporter with The New Indian Express, where she honed her skills in research, narrative building, and audience-centric communication.
  • → Transitioning from newsrooms to brand communication, Khusboo has worked as a Senior Copywriter for iconic global brands such as Audi, Harley-Davidson, and Vedanta Aluminium, where she led high-impact copywriting and managed strategic social media marketing (SMM) initiatives. Her work reflects a deep understanding of brand voice, consumer psychology, and platform-specific storytelling.
  • → Alongside her industry practice, Khusboo has contributed to academia as a Visiting Faculty at NIFT Bhubaneswar, where she taught the concepts and processes of communication, bridging theory with real-world application for design and fashion students.
  • → Currently, Khusboo serves clients across the Pacific Rim, delivering corporate communication and brand strategy services.   • → I didn't exactly "fall into" advertising. I walked into it with a Mass Comm and Journalism degree, thinking I understood stories.. and then learned very quickly that brands tell a very different kind. Over the last ten years, I've written for markets that move fast, clients that expect clarity, and categories where you can't hide behind pretty words. I now believe communication only works when it understands people, not platforms.
  • → Most of my work has been in real estate, education, and healthcare. Three sectors that don't forgive fluff. They taught me to think sharper, simplify harder, and build narratives that move decisions, not just impressions. Over time, that focus became my strength: understanding what really drives an audience and shaping communication around that truth.
  • → 3DM became the place where all of that sharpened. I've been here through the quiet seasons, the chaotic ones, and the moments that tested what we were made of. Somewhere in that journey, I became the person who connects the dots-strategy to creative, intent to execution, team energy to actual output. The work got bigger, the stakes got higher, and leading the communication function stopped being a role and became more of a responsibility I grew into.
